Welcome to The LionsGate Trolley Company, Ltd., also known as the Great Canadian Trolley Company, collectively referred to as the “Company”.

This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing your experience when utilizing our website, systems and apps, service offering materials, and our services, collectively referred to as the “Services”. By utilizing Services and accessing our platforms, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, comprehended, and consented to abide by the terms outlined herein, along with our Privacy Policy and General Disclaimer and Liability Limitation. If you are acting on behalf of other participants, you affirm that you possess the authority to accept these terms on their behalf. Please read these carefully before using our Services.

1. Tickets & Tours:

Sightseeing tour tickets can be exclusively purchased through our official website or Company authorized sales agents. For inquiries about other Services, please reach out directly to us at: hello@greatcanadiantrolley.com. By providing information, you affirm that you are of legal age and possess the right to use the provided payment methods. We accept major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay) for payments. Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars, per person. Cash payments are not accepted. Our promotional offers may have specific terms.

We reserve the right to change our vehicle types, service fares, routes and times without notice. Please check the current schedule and fares on www.greatcanadiantrolley.com. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Certain charges such as fuel surcharge may not be included in the stated price and should be paid directly to our agents when using our Services. Physical tickets will not be issued; instead, you will receive a QR code for scanning on and off the trolleys. Reselling or transferring tickets to others is not permitted. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge as long as they do not occupy a seat, while minors from 3 to 12 enjoy child rates. Passengers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Valid tickets can be redeemed on board our trolleys at any stop, but seating during busy times is not guaranteed.

In case of hop-on, hop-off tours, the one-day ticket grants you a full day of hop-on, hop-off tour on any of our vehicles within their operational hours on the designated date. Two-day tickets are valid only for consecutive days, offering access to any of our vehicles within their operational hours on the designated dates. After hopping off, please refer to the online schedule for the next available bus. Please note that traffic and unforeseen circumstances may affect the frequency of our Services.

Your safety is our top priority. Please remain seated while the vehicle is in motion, keep all body parts inside the vehicle, and follow the driver’s instructions diligently. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited when using our Services, and smoking or vaping is not allowed onboard the trolleys. We reserve the right to ask passengers to disembark in the event of offensive conduct or for safety reasons. Passengers needing assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion. Service animals are welcome without charge, subject to conditions. Please note that, due to the size of our buses, we are unable to accommodate special needs bookings. We are unable to accommodate luggage on board, so please be sure to have it taken care of prior to boarding.

Your consent for the use of photographs in marketing and promotional materials is appreciated, and tipping for trolley drivers is voluntary.

Changes or cancellations are permissible up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. However, any changes made after this period will render all bookings non-refundable. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Emergency Handling:

In the event of an emergency situation, including but not limited to medical emergencies, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances, passengers are advised to remain calm and follow the instructions provided by the hop-on-hop-off service staff. Our priority is the safety and well-being of our passengers. If an emergency arises:

  • Staff members will provide guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Passengers should refrain from any actions that may exacerbate the situation and cooperate fully with staff instructions.
  • Emergency services will be contacted immediately if necessary.
  • Depending on the nature of the emergency, passengers may be asked to disembark from the vehicle or remain seated until further instructions are provided.
  • Passengers are encouraged to carry emergency contact information and any necessary medical supplies with them at all times.

2. Terms of Use:

Great Canadian Trolley Company retains the authority to periodically change, modify, or remove portions of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your use of the service is undertaken at your own risk and constitutes acceptance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the services. All content, trademarks, and designs associated with Great Canadian Trolley Company are our property and are protected by copyright law and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. Linking to the website necessitates prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. Users are prohibited from utilizing our services for unlawful purposes and their access to our services may be suspended. In the event of invalidity or unenforceability of any provision, the remaining terms shall remain valid. Assignment of rights under these terms is prohibited. Our terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
