What is the Hop-On Bus Frequency at each stop?

During the spring and summer seasons, our scheduled frequency is 30 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the traffic and operational circumstances. During the winter season, our scheduled frequency is every 60 minutes. PLEASE NOTE THAT TIMELINES ARE ESTIMATIONS ONLY, DEPENDING ON THE TRAFFIC AND OTHER CONDITIONS! Our schedule is subject to change without notice.

How Many Stops Does The Hop On Hop Off Route Have?

There are a total of 21 stops.

Does The Hop On Hop Off Tour Include Entrance To Any Attractions?

No, the Hop On Hop Off Tour does not include entrance to any attractions. However, we offer a 24 and 48 Hrs Hop-On, Hop-Off + Attractions bundles which include entrance to select attractions.

Where Can I Start The Hop On Hop Off Tour?

You’re more than welcome to hop aboard one of our Trolley buses at any of our 21 stops throughout Vancouver. Please note that on Sundays, all stop 1 departures and arrivals are from 909 West Cordova Street instead of Canada Place!

What Is The Hop On Hop Off Cancellation Policy?

All tours are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the date of your booking. For more information, please review our cancellation policy.

Are The Tours Wheel Chair Accessable?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate motorized scooters, wheelchairs, folding wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, or luggage on our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses. This is due to limited storage and provincial regulations. In case these items can’t come along on the bus, consider our All Day Baggage Storage service for a worry-free tour. Thank you for your understanding.

Do You Allow Pets On Board The Bus?

No pets are allowed on board the bus except for registered service dogs.
