What does the ticket include?
Your ticket covers all food and drink tastings, as well as a guided storytelling experience.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Yes, advance purchase is required. Our tours fill up quickly, especially between May and September. Last-minute bookings (before 11:00 AM on tour day) are sometimes available depending on availability. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
Will I be full afterward?
Yes! With multiple food and drink stops, most guests find the tour to be a full and satisfying meal. Come hungry!
How much walking is there?
The tour runs for about 2.5 hours, covering 5–6 blocks at a relaxed pace. We sit down at several stops, and the route is relatively flat.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options. Special requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please note: tastings may contain allergens such as dairy, eggs, or nuts. If you have any concerns, contact us prior to booking.
Are alcoholic beverages part of the tour?
Yes, your ticket includes 3 tastings of alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic options are available. Please bring ID — we follow BC liquor laws and serve only those 19+.
How many people are on each tour?
Public tours accommodate up to 16 people and require at least 4 guests to proceed. Larger groups can be booked privately — contact us for details.
Do you offer private group tours?
Absolutely! Great for team events, birthday parties, bachelorettes, or just a fun outing. Contact us for availability and pricing.
Is this tour fun for Vancouver locals?

Are tips included in the ticket?
Gratuities are not included but are appreciated. Our guides work hard to create a great experience, and a typical gratuity is 15–20%.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Does the tour run in bad weather?
Yes, we go rain or shine! Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
Are the tours conducted in English only?
Currently, yes — all tours are delivered in English.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Children are welcome, but please note the 2.5-hour duration and structured nature of the tour. Strollers are not recommended due to narrow sidewalks, cobblestones, and staircases. Children under 5 are free of charge.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to food service regulations. Certified guide dogs are welcome.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Our Gastown Food Tour is not wheelchair accessible due to uneven terrain and staircases. However, our Little Italy and LoLo (North Vancouver) food tours are wheelchair-friendly.
